The Ukrainian Hub of the European Law Institute and the NGO Open Dialogue Platform (Austria) invite you to participate in a series of academic discussions dedicated to the European Enterprise Foundation Model Law — modern legal instruments aimed at fostering the development of the European economic area and strengthening the European legal environment.
🎙 Speaker: Hanna Sarybaieva, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Founder of the NGO Open Dialogue Platform, Vienna, Austria.
🎙 Moderator: Svitlana Mazepa, Professor, Head of the Ukrainian Hub of the European Law Institute.
During the two sessions, we will discuss the European Enterprise Foundation Model Law, legal innovations, and new approaches to regulating enterprise models in Europe.
🎓 Total duration: 4 academic hours / 0.2 ECTS. A certificate of participation will be issued.
